Jeff Brainard, CFP®, CFS
Managing Partner & Individual Wealth Strategist
Twenty YEARS OF FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE WITH A DIVERSE BACKGROUND TO HELP PLAN YOUR FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES.
Jeff is a native of the Denver area and has been married to his wife, Christa, for 16 years. They have three beautiful children, two boys and a girl, who spend the majority of their days keeping themselves (and their parents) quite busy and constantly on the move with sports and dance.
Jeff has an extensive background in financial services and has worked for some of the largest investment management firms in the world over an almost 20-year career. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) in 2010, and is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Accounting.
Jeff is a staunch believer in using ETFs and low-cost index funds for client investments. He also believes in the fiduciary standard and that everyone needs a professionally written financial plan to help achieve their goals. He subscribes to the notion that the majority of financial problems can be solved by saving more money and spending less of it. Most of the other things will require some help.
Since 2009, he has volunteered as a coach in the South Jeffco Sports Association and been both a head coach and an assistant coach for baseball, basketball, and football during that time. It's been a great excuse to spend time outdoors with his boys and give back to the community. When not coaching sports, there is a good chance that he's attending a ballet recital or performance for the Littleton Youth Ballet to watch his daughter.

Grant Glenn, CFA, CFP®
Managing Partner & Individual Wealth Strategist
TEN YEARS OF FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE WITH ACCOLADES THAT SERVE OUR CLIENTS.
Grant grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and is a graduate of Colorado State University's College of Business with a degree in Finance. In college, he was a member of the CSU Club Tennis Team and the Head Coach of the CSU Snowboard Team.
Grant has gained valuable experience from a variety of roles within the financial industry. Grant has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and he is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP). Grant is a member of the Colorado State University Investment Advisory Committee (term ends in 2024), and an active member of the CFA Society of Colorado.
Grant decided to pursue his career in comprehensive wealth management after witnessing the financial impacts caused by the market declines during the technology bubble (2000-2003) and the great recession (2007-2009). These events caused undue financial strain to many, including Grant's loved ones. This shaped Grant’s approach to financial planning where he emphasizes the importance of managing downside risk while looking at upside possibilities. Grant is motivated to work hard for families who have made sacrifices to save for their retirement, and he is committed to helping his clients navigate through turbulent periods. Recessions are normal, so it is wise to be prepared. Grant works with his clients to create and execute a clear plan of action aimed at pursuing their financial goals in any market environment.
In 2017, Grant co-founded the Irish Coffee Club, a think tank of five investment professionals, all holding the CFA designation (four also hold the CFP® certification). During these meetings, the professionals discuss exciting developments in the world of investing and wealth management.
When Grant is not in the office, he enjoys competitive tennis, while occasionally golfing and snowboarding.
